Workplace Gender Equality.

At BAM BAM, our people are the foundation of our success. Every person deserves the opportunity to build a rewarding career in an environment where decisions about recruitment, development, remuneration and progression are based on capability, performance and contribution.

As part of our commitment to good governance and transparency, we participate in the Workplace Gender Equality Agency’s annual reporting process. This report provides an opportunity to better understand the composition of our workforce, identify where barriers may exist and focus our efforts on creating a more inclusive workplace.

It is important to recognise that a Gender Pay Gap does not necessarily indicate unequal pay for equal work. At BAM BAM, employees performing the same or comparable work are paid fairly and consistently. Our Gender Pay Gap reflects the overall composition of our workforce, including the types of roles people perform, the proportion of women and men across different occupational groups and leadership levels, and broader industry trends.

For the 2025-26 reporting period, OCU Group recorded:

• Average Gender Pay Gap: 14.7%

• Median Gender Pay Gap: 21.2%

• Workforce Composition: 23% women and 77% men

These numbers are as a group and I am pleased to say that BAM BAM has achieved even greater results in this space. We will present this information during our next town hall meeting which we will be holding during August- stay tuned!

These results provide valuable insight into where we are today and where we need to focus our attention. As our business continues to grow, we are committed to building a workforce that attracts, develops and retains talented people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Over the coming year we will continue to strengthen our approach by reviewing our workforce data, supporting inclusive leadership, ensuring fair and consistent remuneration practices and creating opportunities for people to develop and progress throughout the organisation.

Gender equality is not achieved through a single initiative. It requires ongoing attention, informed decision making and a commitment to continuous improvement. This report forms an important part of that journey, and I look forward to reporting on our progress in the years ahead.
